Join us for a wellness walk and gentle yoga poses at the Alaska Botanical Garden. Spend time refreshing your physical body, mind and soul. Participants will be guided around the Garden with gentle standing yoga poses, breathing exercises and mental health tid bits. This walk is being offered by USAF Veteran and Certified Addiction Counselor, Rilene Ann. The walk will take place outside, please wear comfortable clothing that you can walk and stretch in. Members are free; Non-Members $14.The walk begins promptly at 12pm. Yoga poses are all done standing, no mat required. This is a gentle meditation.
