Learn from local experts about all things botanical—from DIY fertilizers, native species propagation to organic art and urban agriculture, this year’s conference joins nature with design. Attendees of the conference will have access to speaker sessions, a reception and attend demonstrations with our vendors.

    Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is essentially a vegetable subscription. Members pay up front in the spring when growers are stocking up on seeds and supplies for the season, then receive a portion (or share) of the harvest each week during the growing season.

    Discounts on workshops, summer camps, and retail are just the beginning! Members also have early access to the Plant Sales Kickoff in mid-May and receieve a 10% discount on all nursey purchases.

    Most importantly, members receive free admission to the garden year-round, with the exception of ticketed events.

    Commonly referred to as Himalayan poppies, the genus Meconopsis is composed of fuzzy, flowering plants native to the Tibetan Plateau.

  • Recycling Used Plant Plots

    We accept used plant pots in the following sizes:

    — 2 gallon
    — 1 gallon
    — 5.5 inch
    — 4 inch
    — 3.5 inch (deep + regular)

    Clean pots in good condition can be dropped off with admissions staff during open hours only.
    Pots left at ABG without staff awareness will be taken to the landfill.
